Everything takes place at Mavericks House in Half Moon Bay, California.

  1. 2:45 PM

    Ceremony

    In the garden

    We gather in the garden for the ceremony. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time.

  2. 4:30 PM

    Cocktail Hour

    Outdoors

    After the ceremony, we’ll celebrate with some drinks and light bites outdoors.

  3. 6:00 PM

    Dinner in the hall

    Indoors

    Expect good food and some games.

  4. 8:00 PM

    Party & dancing

    Indoors

    Some planned and unplanned dance performances to end the night!

Good to know

  • Arrive by 2:30 PM, so you’re seated before the ceremony begins.
  • Dress code Indian traditional or western formal. Bring a layer — December evenings on the coast get cold and windy.
  • Weather plan The ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors. If it rains, both move under a tent.

  • Driving Roughly 45 minutes from San Francisco and 40 minutes from the Peninsula over Highway 92. Coastal fog is common — give yourself a little extra time.
  • Parking There is free parking on site at Mavericks House. Just follow the signs when you arrive.

The dress code is Indian traditional or western formal. Be prepared for an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour with windy winter conditions in Half Moon Bay — a shawl or a layer you can throw on is a very good idea.

Ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. Dinner and dancing will be indoors. In case there is rain, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be moved under a tent.

Your presence is a gift. No gifts necessary.
